I've lost my card (LiA Pass), what do I do?

  • Contact Customer Service at 02 35 22 35 00 the day after you lost it, to check whether your LiA Pass has been handed in.
  • If it hasn't been handed in, you have to get a duplicate. To do so, go to our agency La Boutique, 9 rue René Coty with an identity document and €10 (fee for duplicates). Your ticket and validity period will be restored

I've lost or left something on a bus, tram or the funicular:

  • Contact Customer Service at 02 35 22 35 00 the day after you lost it, to check whether your property has been handed in. 
    If it hasn't been handed it, it should be within 48 hours.
  • If you lost/forgot your propoerty more than 48 hours ago, go to the Le Havre lost & found, 5 rue Jules Lecesne.

I've left something on the LER:

  • Contact TER Normandie on 0 800 801 801 
  • Go to the SNCF lost & found office at Le Havre train station.
